THOMAS J.
LONSDALE II - CEO
 Tom Lonsdale,
Chief Executive Officer and Director,
has extensive knowledge and marketing
expertise in the high-tech manufacturing
industry. His diverse background includes
management positions with high-tech
manufacturing organizations and technology-driven
international petroleum service companies.
Mr. Lonsdale's
high-tech experience includes developing
and serving as the head of the Communications
Division of a high-tech manufacturing
organization in Austin, as well as
implementing an ISO 9001 Quality System.
Within 18 months, he increased sales
twentyfold in his division, while
developing the personnel and system
requirements to do so.
Prior to his
high-tech experience, Mr. Lonsdale
served as a Sales Manager, Engineering
Manager, and Engineer at Schlumberger
Ltd., the leading provider of technology
to the international petroleum industry.
Mr. Lonsdale holds a Bachelor of Science
in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Texas at Austin.

BRANDON
W. FREEMAN - Chairman
Brandon W. Freeman
serves as our company's chairman. Freeman
is the president of Freeman Group, a
private investment firm based in Dallas,
Texas. During his career, Freeman has
been involved in the early formation
and management of several successful
ventures. Freeman has also participated
in a number of buyouts and bankruptcy
related restructurings, including the
successful acquisition and turnaround
of communications, energy, and real
estate assets. Prior to starting Freeman
Group, Freeman was a corporate and securities
attorney at the firms Wilson, Sonsini,
Goodrich & Rosati P.C. and Fulbright
& Jaworski LLP, where he counseled emerging
growth companies - public and private
- across a broad range of industries,
including biotechnology, communications,
energy and software. Prior to his legal
career, Freeman worked in the oil and
gas industry acquiring, financing, drilling
and operating oil and gas properties.
Freeman holds a B.A. in Economics from
The University of Texas at Austin and
a J.D. from Southern Methodist University.

JOHN CUMMINS
- Controller
John Cummins is
the companies Controller and responsible
for managing Cypress assets. Mr. Cummins
goal is to maximize Partners’
equity in addition to running the Cypress
Accounting Department and managing the
company's funds and assets through our
rapid growth stages. Upon completing
his Bachelor of Business Administration
and Masters in Accounting from the University
of Texas at Austin PPA program, Cummins
began his career as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers
focusing on financial services, manufacturing
and high-tech fortune 500 clients in
New York City and Austin, TX. Cummins
is a Certified Public Accountant licensed
in Texas. |

MATTHEW R. CONKEY
- Sales Manager
Matt Conkey, one
of our Sales Managers with extensive
Fiber Optics experience, is responsible
for developing and growing relationships
with our many clients and prospects.
Prior to joining Cypress Industries,
Mr. Conkey served as Sales Manager at
another high-tech manufacturing organization.
He was responsible for managing and
marketing fiber optic products to the
telecommunications, manufacturing, contract
manufacturing, and tactical-industrial
markets. Mr. Conkey holds a Bachelor
of Arts in Communication from Texas
A&M University. |

BRIAN NESUDA
- Operations Manager
Brian is a seasoned
electronics manufacturing professional
with eight years in the industry.
Brian’s responsibilities include,
purchasing, production planning, logistics
and quality control. Brian has deep
experience in many operational support
areas, including budgeting, forecasting,
production quality management, business
planning, procurement, scheduling
and contract management. Although
customers do not see him or talk to
him regularly, customers feel his
impact on every project. Brian’s
deep experience in purchasing and
production management helps Cypress
Industries deliver its customers the
best quality products at the best
price in the fastest amount of time
allowable in the industry. Prior to
joining Cypress Industries in 2004,
Brian worked as an operations manager/product
supervisor in an Austin-based manufacturing
company and formerly served as purchasing
manager at Flow Design, Inc. in Dallas,
TX. Brian has a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree from the University
of North Texas. |

MICHAEL YEH
- Asia Pacific Operations Manager
Mr. Yeh brings
an extensive knowledge of manufacturing
and supply chain solutions in Asia
to Cypress Industries. Mr. Yeh most
recently served as a private consultant
to many high-tech companies by introducing
them and taking them to many factories
in China and suring up their supply
chains. Prior to consulting, Mr. Yeh
was an investor in and ran a successful
sporting goods manufacturing facility
for several years in Xiamen, China.
Before relocating to China, Mr. Yeh
was the Operations Manager for a high-tech
manufacturing company and responsible
for sourcing millions of dollars in
revenue per year in Asia. Michael
Yeh was born and raised in Taiwan
and came to US in 1976. He received
his B.S. degree in Computer Science
from Northern Illinois University
and worked in information technology
field for many years prior to working
with Asia. |
