Mr. Lonsdale has lead Cypress Industries to be one of the fastest growing companies in Austin, Texas. |

| Mr. Lonsdale's previous high-tech experience includes developing and serving as the head of the Communications Division of a high-tech manufacturing organization in Austin, as well as implementing an ISO 9001 Quality System. Within 18 months, he increased sales twenty fold in his division, while developing the personnel and system requirements to do so. |

| Prior to his high-tech experience, Mr. Lonsdale served as a Sales Manager, Engineering Manager, and Field Engineer at Schlumberger Ltd., the leading provider of technology to the international petroleum industry. Mr. Lonsdale holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Brandon W. Freeman - Chairman |

| Brandon W. Freeman serves as our company's chairman. Brandon is the president of Freeman Group, a private investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. During his career, Freeman has been involved in the early formation and management of several successful ventures. Freeman has also participated in a number of buyouts and bankruptcy related restructurings, including the successful acquisition and turnaround of communications, energy, and real estate assets. Prior to starting Freeman Group, Freeman was a corporate and securities attorney at the firms Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati P.C. and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where he counseled emerging growth companies - public and private - across a broad range of industries, including biotechnology, communications, energy and software. Freeman holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University. |

| Judy Johnson, CFO for Cypress Industries, is responsible for managing the company's funds and assets through our rapid growth stages. Prior to joining Cypress Industries, Judy served in the same capacity within the high-tech manufacturing industry. Prior to that, she was an associate at a public accounting firm in Austin, Texas where she was primarily responsible for auditing governmental entities and state agencies. Judy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mississippi State University. |

Matthew R. Conkey - COO |

| Matt Conkey was named Chief Operating Officer of Cypress Industries in November 2007. With worldwide responsibility for all of Cypress's business operations, Conkey works closely with all Managers involved in the seven current business units at Cypress, and actively pursues new markets and more efficient manufacturing methods for all of the groups. Conkey was Sales Manger for five years before serving as Cypress’s COO. Prior to his employment with Cypress Industries, Conkey served as Sales Manager at an Austin manufacturing company where he was responsible for managing and marketing fiber optic products to the telecommunications, manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and tactical-industrial markets. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son in the surrounding lakes and greenbelts of Austin. |

Teri Gribble - Quality Assurance Manager |

| Teri Gribble has 17 years extensive experience in plastics molding, quality assurance, procurement and project management. As the Quality Assurance Manager at Cypress Industries, Teri is responsible for managing and implementing all internal quality processes among the various production groups as well as defining and implementing quality standards for customer projects. Prior to joining Cypress three years ago, Teri was Project Manager of Server Development at Dell, Inc. Gribble’s work history also includes Moll Industries, United Plastics Group and Siemens. Teri received an Associates degree in Business Management from Central Texas College, Killeen, TX, and has ISO and Total Quality training. Teri is a member of the American Society For Quality, Society of Plastics Engineers and Project Management Institute. |

Dave Benker - Engineering Manager |

| Before joining Cypress Industries in 2004, Dave Benker spent seven years as the manager over the Investment Casting and Tooling operations for National Oilwell in Marble Falls, TX. Dave not only consults with customers on design, pricing and lead times on metal and casting projects, but also with redesigns, design for manufacturability, and material selections. Dave assists other members of the engineering and machining teams with troubleshooting and problem solving. Originally from Houston, Dave graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors Degree. Dave not only strives to deliver high quality products, but also feels it’s important that the products be manufacturable at the most economical cost. Dave has been successful at finding manufacturing solutions that reduce production costs and improve the quality and function of the part or series of parts that work together. |

Gregg Jackoskie - Manufacturing Manager |

| Gregg Jackoskie brings 25 years of high tech manufacturing experience to Cypress Industries as the Manufacturing Manager. The past 16 years has been in a supervisory role. Gregg oversees the in-house production of the electronics and cable assembly floor, plastic injection molding and machining departments. Some additional areas of expertise include printed circuit board (PCB) production and assembly, computer and chassis assembly, troubleshooting and repair. Gregg oversees the various production teams to ensure each project receives the attention to guarantee on-time deliveries and competitive, fair-market labor costs. Gregg was born and raised in Austin, TX and is a graduate of the Electronics Technician Program at Southwest School of Electronics with additional technical education from Austin Community College. |

Chris Collins - Shipping/Receiving Manager |

| Chris Collins has been the Shipping/Receiving Manager at Cypress Industries for three years. He is responsible in making sure his team delivers accurate and timely shipments domestically and internationally. Chris not only manages the shipping and receiving team, but also handles all the incoming and outgoing logistics for truckloads, containers and ocean shipments. Chris also works closely with the Cypress Fulfillment and Inspection Services (FIS) team to ensure every product at each of the warehouse locations is being properly tracked. Before joining Cypress, Chris was in management serving key roles in materials handling, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and assembly for Netsolve, Applied Materials, IBM and 3M. Chris is a native Austinite and received his higher education from Austin Community College. |
