Military cable assemblies and wiring harnesses can be manufactured to mil standards at Cypress Industries Austin, Texas facility located in the central US. These cables may consist of multi-leg, digital data bus, flat ribbon, RF coaxial, NATO connector cables, smart cables, datacom, hybrid, military ground support cables, military communication cables, overmolded military cables or ruggedized cables. We can also integrate custom military cable assemblies and wiring harnesses into enclosures, boxes or chassis.

With Cypress Industries USA precision machine shop, we can modify enclosures quickly for custom military cable assemblies. Our domestic plastic injection molding facility also allows us to quickly manufacture plastic components or enclosures for military use. Overmolded cables, connectors and components can also be manufactured in the USA in our plastic injection molding facility.

Potting is the process of sealing components with a plastic compound (silicon based, or two-part epoxies).
