| Austin, TX, June 13, 2008 - Cypress Industries today announced the addition of a class 100K clean room located at the headquarters on Pond Springs Road in Northwest Austin. |

| The need for a clean room onsite is twofold; to offer more value and services to clients who require a clean room environment for their manufactured products and to meet the requirements of our current customers. Clean rooms are rated by the minimum amount of particles larger than 0.5 microns in a cubic foot of air that is allowed in a workspace. Air in a clean room is repeatedly filtered to remove impurities and particles that can potentially damage sensitive components, hardware and equipment. |

| The addition of the class 100K clean room at Cypress Industries enables the packaging of materials that are headed into another clean room environment at the contract manufacturing stage. This prevents any contamination or unwanted particles from entering sensitive manufacturing environments.
