In addition to standard wire processing and crimping equipment, Cypress Industries has custom tooling, machining and molding capabilities in Texas and China which allows us to react faster than any other custom cable assembly and wire harness manufacturer.
Cables can be manufactured in the U.S. for quick-turn and smaller volume runs, or in China for moderate to high volume production. Because most of our custom cable assemblies are complex in nature we rely on engineering and quality departments in China and the US working closely together. Our custom cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing facility in China allows our customers to benefit from lower cost structures that are typically reserved for standard cable assemblies.
