Custom Ribbon Cable Assemblies

Cypress Industries manufactures custom ribbon cable assemblies for customers in many types of industries. Our custom ribbon cable assemblies can consist of:

Flat ribbon cable, Discrete wire with custom twists Jacketed and shielded High flex, High speed, Color coded Split wires Materials other than PVC

Ribbon cable assemblies are typically in wire gauges from 20-30AWG and many types will utilize IDC (Insulation Displacement Connectors)
connectors.

Cypress Industries is also very flexible with manufacturing locations. We are able to manufacture custom ribbon cable assemblies for customers with very short lead times in our USA facility or by lowering costs dramatically utilizing manufacturing in China. Our China facility maintains a large stock of both connectors and ribbon cable of many different UL types in raw materials. In most cases, this allows us to be able to produce ribbon cable assemblies in China with very short lead times. With component availability, most custom ribbon cable assemblies can be manufactured in two to three weeks, then either shipped ocean or air to the USA depending on the customers requirements.

With a location in Austin Texas we support customers across the USA. For inquiries in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio we have sales representatives available in those cities for weekly visits if requested, and next day ground deliveries.
