| Our cable engineers will work with you to upgrade and redesign your existing custom cable assemblies, evaluating them to increase performance, update Bill of Materials (BOM’s) and reduce manufacturing costs. Due to our extensive engineering expertise in Austin, Texas we are not only able to manufacture complex custom cables and cable assemblies in the US, our engineers transfer knowledge to our China facility so that complex custom cable assemblies can be manufactured in China at the same quality levels as the USA. |

| Cypress Industries is ISO 9001:2000 certified for manufacturing and design by UL. We are also UL certified for wiring harnesses and processed wire. Automated stripping and crimping equipment from Schleuniger, Tyco, Molex and Eubanks allow our custom cable and cable assembly manufacturers to process large amounts of cables to specifications with little labor required. Our custom cables and cable assemblies manufacturers are experienced and highly trained to IPC standards (IPC-A-620). This combined with multiple in-process inspections and 100% final electrical inspections allows us to maintain extremely high internal first pass yields lowering overall costs to our clients. All Cypress Industries cable assemblies are 100% electrically tested with visual cable mapping test equipment. |
