Cypress Industries' sheet metal fabrication facility in Mexico supports all your sheet metal production needs from rapid prototyping through volume manufacturing. Our extensive Mexico sheet metal fabrication facility which includes CNC punch & laser, brake/bend, welding, hardware insertion as well as a full powder coat line. Our engineers are on call to work with you throughout the phases of your project including design for manufacturing and value engineering. Our advanced design tools enable us to accept design files from all major CAD system formats. Our experienced technicians use MIG, TIG and resistance welding equipment to weld a range of light to heavy gauge precision products. Our welders are ANSI/AWS Certified to D1.1, D1.3, D1.17 MIL STD 2219 & AMS STD 1595 steel and aluminum.

Our facility builds a variety of projects including complex projects from large telecommunications cabinets, doors and frames up to 8 foot height, to smaller enclosures, lighting fixtures, high-tech enclosures, industrial equipment, merchandising displays, NEMA enclosures and LED enclosure frames.
