Cypress Industries Achieves ASME Certification and National Board (NBBI) Registration for Stainless Steel Tanks and Weldments

Cypress Industries (www.cypressindustries.com) today announced that it has earned ASME certification and National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) registration for the fabrication of stainless steel tanks and weldments. To support this new capability, the company has invested in advanced TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding equipment and added a team of expert certified TIG welding operators.

ASME certification and NBBI registration are among the most demanding standards in the fabrication industry. They require documented quality control systems, qualified welding procedures, certified welders, and independent third party inspection.
